We scratch-make and home grow as much as possible!

For examples:

-Most herbs (when in season) for seasonings and teas are homegrown!

-We dehydrate and powder most garlic, onions, peppers, ect. that go into our seasoning blends

-We dehydrate and season ALL of our fruit snacks

-We bake the bread fresh, let it dry out, toast, then grind for our own bread crumbs!

We also get as much locally grown product we can, when we can’t grow it ourselves!

For transparency, we buy our other, non-scratch-made/grown ingredients from Sam’s Club & other big box stores/wholesalers

Making things from scratch and using local ingredients help us ensure the BEST flavor and helps us keep our ingredient lists as short as possible.
